This paper proposes Hybrid Energy Storage Configuration Method for Wind Power Microgrid Based on EMD Decomposition and Two-Stage Robust Approach, addressing multi-timescale planning problems. The chosen hybrid energy storage solutions include flywheel energy storage, lithium bromide absorption chiller, and ice storage device.
